In the framework of the long-term agreement, large volumes of ultra-high purity nitrogen, oxygen, argon and other gases will be supplied to VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (VSMC), the joint venture formed by Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation and NXP Semiconductors N.V.
