Baker Botts represents WorleyParsons in $3.2B acquisition of Jacobs Engineering Group Inc.’s ECR business
WorleyParsons Ltd. completed its previously announced acquisition of the energy, chemicals and resources division of Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. for $3.2 billion, consisting of $2.6 billion in cash, subject to adjustments for changes in working capital and certain other items, plus ordinary shares of WorleyParsons equal to $600 million.
As previously announced, at closing, Jacobs became the holder of approximately 11.1% of the combined WorleyParsons.
