7/31/2018
ANKARA, (Reuters) - The head of a major Turkish industrialists’ association slammed the state pipeline operator Botas for hiking the price of natural gas used for electricity production by 50 percent.
“We demand Botas review its decision, which is irrational in every way,” said Erdal Bahcivan, the head of Istanbul chamber of industry. He added that the price hike came as a shock for the industrialists.
