LiqTech receives $260,000 water treatment system order for flue gas condensate
BALLERUP, Denmark -- LiqTech International, Inc. announced that the company has received a $260,000 order for the company´s water treatment systems for flue gas condensate.
The order was received from Tjæreborg Industri A/S, a Danish company who specializes in the development and manufacturing of equipment for power plants. The system will be installed at Hobro Varmeværk, Denmark.
"Water treatment for power plants is an industry in great development,” Sune Mathiesen, LiqTech CEO, said. “Tightening legislation and increasing water prizes is encouraging plant owners to invest in water treatment systems to clean water before discharge or even clean the water for reuse. This order is for a Danish company specializing in complete solutions for power plants. The system will clean the water for reuse for the benefit of the customer and the environment."
