Polish refiner Orlen aims to keep supplying 100 MMm3 of gas per month to Ukraine, its CEO Ireneusz Fafara said on Thursday.
"We have delivered 430 MMm3 of gas to our Ukrainian partner (in 2025) through our gas ports, and we hope to maintain... 100 MMm3 every month," he told a press conference. Fafara said Orlen and Ukrainian state energy firm Naftogaz will discuss a potential long-term contract for supplies to Ukraine on Friday.
Earlier this year sources said that Orlen aimed to sell 10 cargoes of LNG to Ukraine this year, as Kyiv seeks to fill gas storage sites ahead of winter.
